Business email setup · Get paid and stay organised

Put your business name in their inbox.

A professional email address carries your business identity into quotes, invoices and everyday replies. We help set it up and connect it, with care for the mailbox and conversations you already use.

Set up for you. Ongoing support. No setup fee. No website fee.

WHY THIS PART MATTERS

You shouldn’t need to understand mail servers to send a quote.

Domains, providers and old accounts can make a simple address surprisingly complicated. We work through the access and setup, then check the sending and receiving route.

Look like the same business everywhere

Your email, website and business number should belong together. Give customers a recognisable place to send the details.

Keep useful conversations connected

Where the account supports it, bring business email into the inbox and customer workflow. We confirm the available connections first.

Protect the working mailbox

Existing quotes and conversations matter. We review your current arrangement before proposing changes and check the new route before you rely on it.

A PRACTICAL WAY TO USE IT

Will you delete my old mailbox?

We first review the existing setup and explain any proposed change. Old mail and working addresses should not be treated as disposable when introducing a new business email route.

Are mailbox subscriptions included?

The public package includes business email setup help, but does not publish a mailbox subscription or storage allowance. We clarify provider requirements and costs for your arrangement before you start.

Can I keep using my preferred email app?

Tell us how you currently read and send mail. We check the provider and account requirements and explain what can remain the same before changing the setup.

Will every email always reach the inbox?

Delivery can depend on the provider, recipient settings and message content. We configure and check the agreed route, but do not describe email setup as a promise that every message will avoid spam filtering.
