Internal app notifications · Keep jobs moving

A customer replied. That’s worth a buzz.

Not every update deserves your attention. A new enquiry, a customer reply or a task that needs you does. We set up app notifications around the moments when you can usefully step in.

Set up for you. Ongoing support. No setup fee. No website fee.

WHY THIS PART MATTERS

If everything pings, nothing stands out.

Notifications should point to something you can act on. We agree which events matter, who needs to see them and how they reach the phone you use at work.

Catch the useful moment

A customer response brings you back to the conversation. Check the details and decide what to do next.

Put responsibility behind the alert

The right person needs the prompt. We agree who handles which enquiries and tasks during setup.

Check the phone as well as the settings

App access and device notifications matter. We work through the practical setup so you know how to receive and use the alerts.

Does a notification mean the customer has been answered?

No. An internal alert tells you that something needs attention. Customer replies, automatic messages and completed follow-ups are separate actions that should be checked in the conversation or job record.

Can everyone in the business receive every alert?

We agree access and notification responsibilities during setup. A useful system usually makes ownership clear rather than relying on everybody seeing the same thing.

What if notifications do not appear on my phone?

App access, notification permissions and device settings can affect what appears. We check the agreed route and show you where to look, rather than assuming a saved setting proves a phone received an alert.

Do notifications replace checking the inbox?

No. They support a routine for reviewing enquiries and jobs. The inbox and pipeline remain the places to see the full context and confirm what has been done.
